Oven-Baked Stuffed Zucchini
Stuffed zucchini, baked in the oven, in the east is called dolma, from the Turkic word dolmak, which means "start". Usually, meat or rice is used for the filling, and the shell can be grape leaves, bell peppers, quince, tomatoes. As a child, I did not know this ingenious name, but vegetables according to this recipe were prepared in the house quite often.

Zucchini is an amazing vegetable, its productivity often scares me. Zucchini caviar, vegetable stew, pancakes and zucchini cutlets with enviable regularity appear in the autumn menu. For a change, I advise you to stuff them with minced chicken and stewed vegetables, and cook grated rice for a side dish. You get a tasty and nutritious second course - with sour cream sauce, what you need for dinner.

Ingredients for Stuffed Oven Baked Zucchini
- 650 g of medium-sized zucchini;
- 115 ml of olive oil;
- 5 g of salt;
- 15 g of white sesame seeds:
For minced meat:
- 400 g chicken;
- 100 g onions;
- 230 g carrots;
- 150 g of sweet pepper;
- 30 g of celery greens;
- 1 pod of hot pepper;
- 20 ml of olive oil;
- 5 g of salt;
- ground paprika, black pepper, oregano.
The method of preparation of stuffed zucchini baked in the oven
Zucchini medium sized peel. Cut into several parts with circles about 4-5 centimeters high. With a teaspoon, we scrape out the core with seeds, leaving a bottom 1 cm thick.
In a wide saucepan, heat water to a boil, pour salt. In portions, blanch the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, remove, put on a sieve to drain water.

Make minced meat
Finely chop the onions. We saute in well-heated refined olive oil for frying.

When the onion gets a caramel shade, add coarsely grated carrots. Fry onions with carrots for 7 minutes.

For flavor, add diced bell peppers. Any color of pepper, the main thing is to be fleshy.
Fry pepper with carrots and onions for 5 minutes.

We chop the chicken fillet with a sharpened knife across the fibers in small cubes or chop in a meat grinder. It is better to use the nozzle with large holes so that pieces of meat can be felt in the meat.

Pour salt, oregano, ground paprika and finely chopped celery greens. We clean the pod of hot pepper from seeds and partitions, cut into rings, add to the rest of the ingredients.
Fry the filling for a few more minutes.

We turn on the oven to heat up to a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius.
We fill the zucchini with minced chicken and vegetables, make a large pea, so it will be tastier. Pour olive oil for frying in a frying pan, put zucchini.

We put the pan in the heated oven on the middle shelf. Since the ingredients are brought to a half-preparedness, you do not need to bake for a long time, 20-25 minutes are enough.

We get ready stuffed zucchini, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, serve hot to the table.
For stuffed zucchini, baked in the oven, I advise you to prepare the sauce: pass a clove of garlic through a press, finely chop a bunch of dill and a few feathers of green onions, mix everything with salt and sour cream.
